Mummy Jem Moonie-Dalton ranted online regarding alleged ‘discrimination' brought about by Clarks with their line of shoes. She stated that the brand are insinuating that because its boys’ shoes were “sturdy, comfortable and weather proof with soles clearly designed with running and climbing in mind”.
But its girls shoes, she said, had “inferior soles, are not fully covered and are not well padded at the ankle. They are not comfortable and are not suited to outdoor activities in British weather”.
her post quickly went viral online, and not everyone agreed though, with some people suggesting she just buy her a daughter a pair from the boys’ range. We think that might be missing the point. What do you think?
